Warm cheese

I am having a domestic Sunday full of laundry and baking pie and finally getting around to trying the suggested recipe on my feta cheese package. Slice the feta, roll it in seasoned flour (I just used ground pepper), and pan fry in olive oil. Damn, it was good. What on earth am I going to do with such easy access to divine warm cheese? Arteries, beware!

I also plan on restarting my sourdough starter tonight. It isn't quite so horribly cold inside, so there is some hope that the yeasties will grow.
